Insight Leadership Program
(ILP)
A six-month training program to cultivate greater awareness and resilience.
An opportunity to slow down, see yourself more clearly, and live intentionally.
- Workshops are designed to be both reflective and interactive.
- Content is combined with skills training, self-exploration, and practical application.
- Self-awareness practices, science, and leadership applications are integrated throughout.
The six-month time period allows for sustainable integration of new practices and a manageable time commitment.
ILP is targeted to leaders who:
- are open to self-awareness as a path to continuous self-improvement
- are interested in cultivating greater focus, presence, and clarity
- are willing to engage in self-examination to improve their leadership and life outcomes
The program can be completed individually or as a group.
Each month follows the same format:
Week 1 | A two-hour workshop that includes:
- Introduction and practice of new tools
- The science behind the tools
- Reflective work
- Commitment to personal practice
Weeks 2-4 | Weekly 30-60 minute check-ins that include:
- Discussion of how the tools are being integrated
- Examination of any challenges to implementation
- Exploration into deeper personal application
