The nine workshops below are presented in an interactive format and are designed to focus on:

RESET
Returning to a calm, clear, and composed state in our body and mind.
Breathing and Posture
Understand how the body responds to stress and explore how deep breathing and increased body awareness can improve mood, focus, and health.
Meditation
Demystify this ancient practice and experience the many benefits of training your attention such as increased self-awareness, improved learning & memory, and decreased anxiety and stress.
Mindful Living
Explore how bringing greater presence to your day to day activities can make you more appreciative, calm and productive.
REFRAME
Using our life experiences as an opportunity for greater insight and growth.
Examining the mind
Bring awareness to how your thinking patterns are influencing your life and how small changes can positively impact your well-being and relationships.Building Resilience

Discover how making small changes in what you eat and how you eat can improve weight loss, increase energy, and enhance your mood.It is recommended that the workshops be shared as a wellness series and that they be rolled out on a monthly basis. A monthly offering allows participants enough time to integrate the learnings into daily practice while also providing continuity to build momentum and greater wellbeing.
Participants who complete all course requirements receive a certificate of achievement.
