I think that this is a very rewarding program at a personal level, we get so caught up in the day to day (usually our challenges) and forget to stop and truly enjoy what we have. The opportunity to reframe, visualize, reflect and just be more positive in the midst of so much change was refreshing. I truly value the tools I have been given during this course. The opportunity to stop and reflect, as a person and as a leader, is a gift.
